Training and Development
We are committed to helping every team member reach their full potential. All staff complete mandatory training, including the Care Certificate, safeguarding, infection control, medication safety, and health and safety.
In addition, we offer an enhanced training programme that includes nutrition and hydration, wound management, dementia awareness, mental health care and end of life care. We also support ongoing learning through refresher courses, supervisions and opportunities for career progression.
Our goal is simple: to give our teams the skills, confidence and support they need to provide the very best care.

We employ a wide range of roles across our three homes — from nurses, senior carers and care assistants to kitchen, housekeeping and activities staff. Every role contributes to the happiness and wellbeing of our residents.
